Who you are:
You view the switch to electric as one of the greatest opportunities to reduce harmful vehicle emissions to create a future of cleaner, greener energy. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate why Motor provides a transformative offering to tackle this global mission through channels including paid social, video, email, SEO/SEM, direct mail, partnerships, and more.
Develop creative marketing campaigns from start to finish
Use user research and data to help inform new campaigns and experiments
Coordinating marketing objectives
Manage organic social channels
Work with partners to launch, optimize and scale campaigns
Track and report on results of all marketing efforts
Meet and exceed new subscriber growth goals
Marketing project management including event coordination, direct mail
2+ years B2C marketing experience
Experience with customer lifecycle marketing
Track record of developing creative campaigns that both elevate brand and drive growth
Experience with and affinity for agile and fast-paced work environments
Experience with Project Management functions
Organized, focused, and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
